Scheduling Consultants, Ltd. was founded in 1989 and is a consulting firm that specializes in the creation and monitoring of project schedules for the construction industry. Our primary work product is the development and monitoring of detailed construction schedules.
Our personnel have been involved in scheduling more than $20 billion worth of construction projects. We have completed the planning and development of over 500 projects including USACE, GSA, NAVFAC, retail projects, hospital/medical buildings, office buildings, mountain resort & condominiums, educational facilities, manufacturing/industrial facilities, hotels, and correctional facilities.

Schedule Success
In order to assist our clients, we help plan and develop a workable construction schedule, analyze schedule data, and graphically present this data in a concise and logical manner to all team members. The services we provide to clients include project planning and the development of the original construction schedule and updating the schedule on a monthly, or as needed basis, which includes providing the monthly reports and graphics. Additional services include impact analysis, specialized training courses, analysis of corporate-wide scheduling procedures, owner schedule review, and 4D visualization.
Project Success
At Scheduling Consultants, Ltd., we believe that in order to have a successful project it must first be planned, then built in detail on paper. This plan must then be communicated effectively and believed in by all levels of the project team. Simply placing dates on paper will not work.
